Suzanne.. terrible customer service. I walk over to the right register where she is standing by with her back facing the customers, she slow paces over to the left register and faces the window. She sees me, doesn't acknowledge me, and doesn't even mention she's available at the other register.. I'm supposed to just "know" because I'm a dumb paying customer. Common decency and treating others the way you want to be treated should be standard and not just because it's your job.

I've seen employees' friends hang out sometimes, sitting on the counters, curse, etc. Not a Cumberland farms I will ever return to and I live very near here.
