Cleopatra Nails & Spa — Establishment and beauty salon at 2399 Black Rock Turnpike, Fairfield, Connecticut.

The staff here are by far the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever had to interact with. They spoke down to me, snickered at my responses, tried to charge me TEN dollars extra to take my old nail polish off when a manicure is only 12 to begin with told an elderly man to leave once he arrived to drop off a tip his wife had forgotten to give to a nail technician, told me how much I should tip the woman who did my nails and scolded me when they I left when they thought I had left without tipping her. They would try to sell different services to teenagers and kids INSISTING it would "look better than they do now and should really consider it" and would stare at you and point out your flaws. the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I would rather do my own nails than even consider treating myself and going there. do NOT go there unless you want to feel rushed and disrespected and more stressed out.
