Brahm and the sales team were awesome. I was growing frustrated with dealerships as I would see great advertised prices online, only to call and find out the title was not clean, or they made a typo on the price by $10000 or the mileage by 100,000 miles. Balise was different. I called the store and spoke with Brahm. He assured me the prices and mileage were accurate. As I was far away from the dealership, he was kind enough to take multiple pictures of the vehicle so I could make a better determination whether to come out or not.

When I came in, the staff was kind, prompt, and attentive. The car I was considering was a used vehicle. The sales team addressed all of my concerns with it, including working with me on the break pads and break rotors. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, and was presented with a lot of options on how to go about making my purchase as easy and convenient as possible.

I'm very impressed with Balise, had a great experience with them, and would recommend them to my friends and family.
